2. Digital Products
2.1 All products offered through deeplyrootedhearts.com are digital.
2.2 Upon purchase or rental, you will receive a link to access the game(s) digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
2.3 Rental games are available for a limited time as stated at the time of rental (e.g., 24 hours per game at $1/day).

3. Game Rentals
3.1 Rental Period: Game rentals are available for the time frame specified at checkout. After the rental period expires, access to the rented game will be revoked.

3.3 Purchase Through Rental: If you continue to rent a game until the total rental payments equal the purchase price of the game, you will automatically own the game and retain lifetime access.

4. Purchases
4.1 Upon purchasing a digital escape game, you will have lifetime access to the game.
4.2 All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of technical issues preventing access to the game.
4.3 By purchasing a product, you agree to be added to our email list, where you will receive updates, promotions, and other communications related to Deeply Rooted Hearts. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.

5. 'Buy One, Gift One' Offer
5.1 When participating in a promotion where you can 'buy one, gift one,' the gifted game will be sent to the recipient’s email. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct email address.

6. Subscriptions
6.1 Quick Bible Quest Subscription: Subscribers receive access to exclusive mini escape games on a recurring basis. Cancellation must be done prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

7. Pricing
7.1 All prices are subject to change. We will honor the price at the time of purchase or rental.
7.2 Promotions, discounts, or coupons cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases or rentals.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
8.1 Refunds for digital products are generally not available unless technical difficulties arise that prevent access to the product, and a solution cannot be provided.
8.2 For subscription services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
